Those who expected a tight, goal-shy opening match between hosts Angola and Mali got a treat with a classic comeback from the away team. Angola was 4-0 up with ten minutes to go but Mali came back and earned a 4-4 draw scoring the last two goals in the 93rd and 94th minute respectively.
